Requirements for TM registration:

⦁ Full name, address, business activity and legal status of the applicant company.
⦁ Copy of trademark in jpg format (if logo mark).
⦁ A list of products and/or services and accordingly classes for TM registration will be finalized.
⦁ Power of attorney notarized by UAE court for UAE applicants and legalized by UAE Consulate for non-UAE applicants. We will provide you with the Arabic draft of the power of attorney.
